I am supposed to be on the last couple weeks of my tour with Mega Ran right now. Instead I’m in California trying to go to grocery stores for Ma Front so she doesn’t get the covid. Oh, and watching in horror as the nation’s law enforcement brutalizes everyone who dares to say out loud that Black Lives Matter.

The world is scary and dangerous, but also mass movements sometimes get results, so try to soak up that particular ray of hope! Keep making your voices heard and BE SAFE out there. There’s nothing the authoritarians would like more than to have us all die of coronavirus and/or baton wounds right before the polls open.

Anyway, if you’re not on the streets at lunchtime on Weds come watch us jump around and babble our nerd bullshit online.

Plague continues! If only Front’s home had competent and honorable national leadership, we might be easing safely out of it by now. Instead, we’re stuck in an ever-intensifying nightmare. Oh well. When touring becomes feasible again, you’ll be the first to hear about it.

In the mean time: Front’s on internet for you, like usual! 

Maybe you caught him helping Mega Ran promote his new album (upon which Front features) over at the Furceburk or the Tweech (and if not, they’re still posted). 

You can yet catch him reading a Worst First Chapter as part of Paul & Storm’s broadcast this coming Weds evening. That’s set to begin at this Yewturgh link at 6P (Pacific) on May 20.

For 24 hours only! Front has posted a live album of his MAGFest 2019 appearance, freshly mixed from board stems. Featuring the full band: Ken Flagg, Matthew Milligan, Rob Mitzner. With guest appearances from Mega Ran and Schaffer the Darklord!

It’s on his Bandcamp page. Go there immediately. The album disappears at midnight.

Bandcamp’s not taking a cut of sales today, so it’s a fine time to get Front’s whole catalog, and every other indie musician’s music too. They’ve all had to cancel tours and lost out on the canceled summer conventions, so every drop in the bucket helps.
