The schedule has been chock full lately, with Front’s heavy involvement in the new production of Young Zombies in Love for the New York International Fringe Festival. The performances are selling out quickly; buy a ticket if you still can (click).
Speaking of tickets you should have already bought, did you get your ins for the Penny Arcade Expo yet? Front is going to be there, live and in person, taking the stage, rhyming up a storm, etc, etc. This will be the biggest, baddest live MC Frontalot set to date. If you miss it, you are not a real nerd.
The MC Frontalot Ultimate Super Shirt is in its second phase. A whole new design is for sale in the store. This means of course that you should stop washing your original design shirt, to retain its Near Mint status for inevitable ebaying. Also, this means that we need some new pics for the gallery of cute girls. Get on that, will you?
Also! Thar be new fan arts, new Campbell Whyte pages, and a strip by some kids who came to the Berkeley show and told me about how they’d been downloading Special Delivery while serving in Iraq.
PS Register to vote, willya?

Guess who’s playing the Penny Arcade Expo at the end of August? The correct answer is MC Frontalot! (We would also have accepted Minibosses and Optimus Rhyme.) You should get signed up right away. Also, you should go to Seattle right now and stand in line.
Still waiting for that live Berkeley set? Tell you what: have yourself some Crime Spree and Braggadocio, thensend front a few bucks to join the VSP if you want the other ten tracks. This transparent cash grab brought to you by MC Frontalot’s Broke-ass Unemployed Self.
Also, if you know anyone who needs the following jobs performed in or around New York City, please let front know: web design, print design, copy writing, copy editing, rapping, fronting, hugging cripples, having opinions about things. That’s right! Front is relocated to the borough of Brooklyn. Hooray! The weather is fine and the jerk chicken is inexpensive. Paradise is here on earth.

Front’s recent Berkeley gig went over like gangbusters. The sonofsupercar set got shut down by the fuzz, which was tragic but proved what we all know: that they rock too hard for civilized people to deal with. Ken & The New Incredibles, Melody Generator, and The John Benjamin Band also kicked plenty of ass.
There is a wonderful recording of the Frontalot set which we will share with you eventually. Valued Sucker Program members are already enjoying it. Join up today.
In other news, MC Frontalot is moving to New York City! Actually, Brooklyn. Sadly, this means he must part with some of his recording gear. Do you want to own the audio interface that Front has used to record every one of his songs? Of course you do. Check out the ebay auction here.

Front swept last week’s songfight despite appearing incognito, having no chorus, and rapping all sad like. A Very Unlikely Occurrence is on the music page, with beat cobbled by Baddd Spellah.
Furthermore! Front is featured in roxor games’ In The Groove. Prototypes have shipped. Are you inWashington state or New Jersey? Go play.

News flash! Frontalot performs with several of his songfight co-conspirators on May 15th in his hometown of Berkeley. Not so much a concert hall as a hideout for psychic hippies, Belladonna is the showdown locale. Expect sets from Front, Ken, sonofsupercar, Lunkhead, Melody Generator, and on special loan from the state of Pennsylvania, The John Benjamin Band! Doors are 7:30 for this exclusive engagement.
Wait, hometown of who now? Didn’t MC Frontalot recently claim to be from San Francisco? A careful parse of the latest song reveals both his birthplace and his affinities! For proclivities, interrogate the catalog.

Thanks to the incomparable beatsmanship and mixing prowess of Baddd Spellah, the new song is out. “I Heart Fags” is an endearing (and, with luck, enduring) tribute to the fine city that claims Frontalot’s birth. It is also a collection of grumbles regarding our sitting president and his call for constitutional tomfoolery. But you may take it as the hot dance hit of aught four! If you like to play your new Frontalot mp3s in church or at the daycare where you are employed, please note that some of the song’s lyrical content verges on the edgy.Music page for download, and lyrics here. And if you are haunted by a ‘cello while listening, blame The JBB.
Also new this week: interview, other interview, four fan arts, fresh faces in the cute chicks gallery, and your overwhelming desire to buy a tee shirt or just give frontalot some free money.

Newsflash! Frontalot squeaks out narrow victory in last week’s “Romantic Cheapskate” songfight! His songfight-themed fight song is still available in that site’s archive. You are urged to check out the other contenders, as it was a fun-fraught fray.
Front claims that you can expect updates to Campbell Whyte’s cd booklet project, the gallery, and the other gallery. When? We shudder to inquire, knowing as we do that Front’s promises in this arena boast all the substance of a forgotten daydream. But probably later this week.
Being, as you are, an inter-net supergenius, you stand well aware of KOMPRESSOR’s new album & video.

Happy Valentines, o victims of the greeting card conspiracy! If you’re anywhere around San Francisco tomorrow (that’s the 14th), why not dress up like a pirate and re-appropriate the public streets? This event’s connection to St. Valentino is tenuous, but it promises big thrills anyhow. Details herrrrre.
Front types this with his left hand while giving blood. Be impressed.
Also, be thrilled! There is a brand new track, available all week long at songfight. It is called Romantic Cheapskate and it is a sober reflection on Front’s responsibilities as a senior member of the songfight community. You are advised to vote for Front’s song only after having deemed it pugilisticly superior to salvos from Abominous, Hennrietta & Hostage, Doscientos, Points for Trying, Mother Funker, French Love, Dr. Worm, Brian F, and The Smoking Grapefruits. You could even listen to the whole fight.
Baddd Spellah is yet again responsible for all aspects of the new release’s awesomeness. Love him.

Front is returned from his east coast excursion. He can report without fear of error that the DC Spy Museumis well arranged and the Bloomingdale branch of the Manhattan Library employs at least one kind and indulgent librarian. Your Rapper Of Choice was suffered to perform six of his megahits for a crowd whose number poked tentatively into the double digits. Pictures don’t lie.
Cute chicks keep sending photos to frontalot.com! Their contributions are catalogued here. Their costumespersist to be on sale.
And indeed, “mcfrontalot” is the one and only player name used by Front during bouts of procrastination. Crush his ego with a missile barrage! Or bouy it with the gift of an expensive in-game hat.

NEWSFLASH! Front to perform three or four songs by himself on the steps of the Bloomingdale Regional Branch of the Manhattan Public Library on Thursday, Jan 22nd, at two in the afternoon, rain or shine. He will not be entirely by himself if you join him there, so do. He will distribute shirts, CDs, stickers, handshakes. He has never been to this library, but he plans to try and locate at the shady, pleasant spot pictured here.
