Frontalot is going to show up live and in person for Q&A after the 7:15 screening tonight at the Red Vic in San Francisco. Will he also grace the 9:30 showing? Depends how much drinking he is compelled to do in between. How about the showings tomorrow? Naw, Front'll be too busy rocking the Uptown in Oaktown.

Oh, man. Comedy of Terrors, indeed! Apparently, Jillian's in Las Vegas is closing down. Sadly, this means our intrepid nerdcore rappers can not perform there!

Thus, the Sunday, Nov. 23rd show in Las Vegas has been cancelled!

Fate bemoaning aside, please be assured our crew of nerdy awesomeologists will be bringing it where/whenever they are able to perform! Observe the gig calendar (updated often) and plan accordingly. Portland! Front and company rock Rotture this evening in PDX, with the brand new secret surprise keyboardist sitting in. Nerdcore Rising: The Movie plays at the Clinton Street Theater on the weekend of the 21st. It's like two weekends of nerdcore in a row.

Speaking of the movie and the tour intersecting, The Red Vic has got Front's hometown screening, and you can expect to see Frontalot (along with the esteemed Ms Farsad) at the Q&A on Nov 18th. He might even make it to the matinee on the 19th before hurrying over to Oakland for that night's concert.

And you must (must!) put yourself at the Knitting Factory for Frontalot's just-added LA show on the 24th. Front and Lars are finally in the big room there, and it has to be full of cheering nerdfolk in order for our favorite rappers to be rockstars forever (instead of getting jobs at the mall selling G1 phones to the last fourteen yuppies who haven't been recessionized). If your anticipation of this show burns, sate yourself with Nerdcore Rising screenings on the 21st and 22nd at the Engineering Cinemateque at Studio 1636. Reservations are urged.

YT's hometown was hospitable! But the comedy of terrors continues: the touring crew lingers now in a Denver strip mall, waiting for the nice UHAUL mechanic to come fix a dead wheel on the replacement trailer. If the Nerdcore Angels are willing, they will see you for the Portland show Saturday night.

Frontalot and company accidentally exploded their van trailer yesterday outside of Minneapolis. Oops! Big apologies to the folks who wanted to see them in Lincoln... turns out it takes a whole day to deal with terrifying car crashes. Front, Lars, and YT are back in the saddle tonight for Denver's show, which will be performed in the traditional hip-hop mode (turntables) while the band bravely inches westward to rejoin the vocalists in Colorado Springs.

Front thanks you all for the well wishes. Oh, and hey: are you a top-flight funk keyboardist who is familiar with the catalog and wouldn't mind hopping on board for the next four weeks? The one who had been touring with Frontalot (a friendly Ukrainian with wild hair called NPR) has decided that he can never set foot in a van again, and fled back to new york late last night, leaving our boys in a bit of a pickle. The show tonight at Knickerbockers, in Lincoln, NE, has been cancelled!

I just got off the phone with Front a few minutes ago. There was an accident on the way from Minneapolis to Lincoln, and though everyone is fine (thank god!), the unfortunate reality of the situation is that the guys can not do the show tonight. The tour will hopefully be continuing tomorrow, in Denver.

Please join me in wishing Front and the guys good luck in getting everything sorted, and hoping that the rest of the tour can go on without too many troubles.
