Offer's still up folks. For a while actually. We'll even be switching onto a larger 40-man Vent server in two weeks. I'll re-post the info for that Server once we get the info.

We got prev and some of his guild using our Vent! So come on over guys! All our still welcome. If some of the resident-Brits on here are in need of some Midland-lovin', well look no further! For our Vent is mostly Scottish and British in demographics (the owner be t3h angry Scot).

Vent's still open guys. Considering advertising this on the PA forums as well. Well, once the registration process starts working again. =_=;

I would but I only really have 3 friends who I might use it with, two of them are currently without a working mic and the other one simply isn't gaming much at the moment.

Well, until the Registry-System on the PA forums is up and running again, I can't post this info on their boards. We'd get a lot of traffic via that forum. So for now, I simply use here. It's working fine, but we'd like a little more people.

And you could always come on anyways man, lots of Brits (and a Scot runs it) on the server. You'd fit right in lol.

Why don't you post on the xfire forums? Maybe they wouldn't welcome that sort of advertising, and xfire did just launch their own vent competitor thingy...

Ugh, I hate X-Fire in-game chat. So fucking laggy, and the program has memory leaks up the ass. Same with TeamSpeak.

It's why I prefer Ventrilo, it's got its' quirks (such as not being able to ban people via MAC address), but it works and the lag is based on where the server is being hosted. So, lag is usually kept to a minimum.

It's different from the usual xfire voice chat, they've launched some new thingy. Google it, I don't know all the details

Well, I checked it out and it sounds like TS. Which wasn't very good either.

Er, All Scots are British, but not all Brits are Scottish. "Britain" as it is now, includes England, Scotland, and Wales. so I think you meant to say either "British" or "English and Scottish." Because saying "British and Scottish" is like saying "American and Texan" or "American and Californian."

No smart ass, I meant what I implied. I know the U.K. is made up of what is now Wales, Britain and Scotland. But Scots are still Scots, just as Brits are still Brits.

I used to be like you. Until the Vent server's owner tore me a new asshole for telling him that very same thing. Scots don't like being called Brits.

And that came from a Scot's mouth and was seconded by another Scot on the server. So, yeah. They may be a part of the U.K., but they still retain their nationality. Which I respect. It's not like saying "American and Texan". So... yeah.

Oh and btw, you'd get your ass kicked in Scotland for saying that.
