I recently saw an act with this very musically talented person who posts Youtube videos under the name "Songs to Wear Pants to".

After the act, I purchased 3 CDs. On them, were ~260 tracks. I think two or three of them are songs I've heard before and were hoping were on the CDs. A lot of them are 10 second, seemingly random, recorded in less than 4 minutes nonsense, that when played together in random is a delightful blend of madness.
One song I enjoy, in its entirety:
"An evil pickle killed your family/
An evil pickle killed your friends (and acquantances)/
An evil pickle killed people you don't know/
Uhh... I guess that about covers it"

Now I'm in the mood to listen to short songs. Exhibit A:

Humble & Brilliant by Jesse Dangerously. What can I say? The album is both humble AND brilliant!

Love that Jesse D, although I prefer Inter Alia and Verba Volant to Humble & Brilliant. It's still super dope, though.

My current playlist has the new Bad Meets Evil EP, a bunch of Eminem, all of Kanye West's stuff, Blackout! from Method Man and Redman, another Meth album (4:21... The Day After), then some Jay-Z and then Cold Winter from The ThoughtCriminals.

For some reason lately I've been listening to a helluva lot of whatever-the-hell-genre Interpol and Editors are.

"Munich" by Editors particularly. I think it's because it's a good post-breakup song in some ways.

I'm listening to Verba Volant right now (the album, anyway. Currently on Get Fresh)

You'd think this was the bloody Jesse Dangerously BBS!

This is the song at the moment:

And I don't even just mean 'the song I'm currently listening to', I mean the song.

NB: I don't know what I mean by 'the song'

Also, that isn't the version of the song which is the song. I can't find the right version anywhere on Youtube! Most frustrating. I wonder if it's in the public domain yet?

I love Leadbelly. It's crazy to think that everybody who was alive when he was born is now dead. One of them dead at his hand! Although, to be fair, I don't know if that person was older or younger than him, so I may be wrong.

Shad's albums as always, Reks' album Rhythmatic Eternal King Supreme, Royce Da 5'9's new album Success Is Certain, Slaughterhouse's album and EP, and Ghettosocks' Treat of the Day.

Also, check this out. Joe Budden's verse is amazing, even despite his stupid name.

Stupid Much Music site doesn't seem to be working for seeing Tim's new video (maybe it will work for you): http://www.muchmusic.com/music/rapcity/playlist/cid/561318/timbuktu-rock-radio

Regardless, I'm still loving the album: http://timbuktu.bandcamp.com/
